We source our programmes from our own programming and we also include popular programmes from Radio 4 and Radio Solent. These may change according to demand. Request show presenters are listed below the programme guide.

The request shows are hosted by a different presenter every night on a fortnightly rota. Inevitably there are changes to the rota as presenters are away but the following is a guide as to who might be presenting a show.
